While growing up surrounded by the workings of Real Estate sales, I learned early on how people like to be treated. I learned this partly because of the way I like to be treated. The "Golden Rule" applies to all aspects of life and it should definitely apply to the selling and purchasing of Real Estate.
Selling and purchasing a house ranks in emotion right up there with the death of a loved one or the new birth of a child. I mean come on this is "HOME." This is where we live, love, learn and experience life. So when I say that a home is more than just bricks and mortar then you will understand how I do business.
